Shipments to Europe (EU only)
The freight charge for shipments to all European countries (except to Denmark):
For orders below 1.200 DKK (below 162 €) the freight charge is 25 €
For orders above 1.200 DKK (above 162 €) there is free freight
Deliveries to European countries 5-10 working days (depending on country)
Right of cancellation:
You are allowed to return the product(s) until 14 days after receiving the product(s).
However, for Christmas presents (purchased after November 15) you are allowed to return the products until January 7th.
Please send an email to info@octopusdenmark.com including your name and order number in case you want to make use of the return right. Please do not return the package without informing us upfront.
Please note that the returned product(s) should be unused and in its original condition.
Once your package is received, we will send you an email to notify you, that we have received the returned product. After that the refund will be processed and the credit will be initiated within a few days. Note: It might take a bit of time for the credit card companies or PayPal to settle the refund.
It's strongly advised to send the return package using a freight supplier that can supply you with a tracking number:
