Denmark:
Gratis fragt i Danmark for køb på 500 kr. og herover - gælder for levering til GLS pakkeshop. For køb under 500 kr. er fragtomkostningen 42 kr.
Ved levering med GLS til firma-, eller privat adresse tillægges 20 kr. til fragtprisen.
Leveringstid i Danmark er 2-3 arbejdsdage / hverdage
Freight costs to EU countries
The freight charge for shipments to all EU countries
For orders below 1.200 DKK (below 162 €) the freight charge is 25 €
For orders above 1.200 DKK (above 162 €) there is free freight
Deliveries to EU countries 4-10 working days (depending on country)
Freight costs to the rest of the World:
Shipments to World incl. European countries outside EU.
The freight charge for shipments to all other countries than Denmark and EU countries):
For orders below 1.200 DKK (below 162 €) the freight charge is 30 €
For orders above 1.200 DKK (above 162 €) there is free freight
Deliveries to EU countries 5-15 working days (depending on country)
Right of cancellation:
You are allowed to return the product(s) until 14 days after receiving the product(s).
However, for Christmas presents (purchased after November 15) you are allowed to return the products until January 7th.
Please send an email to info@octopusdenmark.com including your name and order number in case you want to make use of the return right. Please do not return the package without informing us upfront.
Please note that the returned product(s) should be unused and in its original condition.
Once your package is received, we will send you an email to notify you, that we have received the returned product. After that the refund will be processed and the credit will be initiated within a few days. Note: It might take a few days the credit card companies or PayPal to settle the refund.
It's strongly advised to send the return package using a freight supplier that can supply you with a tracking number.
